Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had nice beds, but unfortunately, my room was dark and dank due to a window facing a staircase, lacking an outdoor view. The service was friendly and helpful, although the design of the glass panes made it feel a bit exposed. The location was convenient, close to the freeway and food/gas services, but the noise from a truck transfer station nearby was a downside. The dining experience, with a carb-heavy snack food delivery, was not ideal, though the organic vegetables were a plus.
I arrived at the hotel in Rock Springs after a long drive from eastern Colorado, looking for a quiet and clean stay. The place did not disappoint with its modern upgraded features combined with the charm of old motels. However, there were a few moments where the service seemed a bit put out when requested. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money.
The hotel was spacious enough for the adults, my brother, father, and me, but the exterior access made it feel very unsafe when traveling alone. The dog barking all night was a big downside.
